How Does It Work?
Together, we can solve any problem with your child’s sleep. I will develop a custom plan for your child, and then we talk every day for 14 days while you work through the plan. Within two weeks, your child will fall asleep and stay asleep all by themselves.
Step 1: Intake Form
Fill out the intake form and tell me all about what’s going on.
Please include as much detail as possible. I promise there is nothing your child can do that will surprise me, so feel free to very honest.
Step 2: Initial Consult
We will go over your intake form and talk about your goals for your child’s sleep. Based on your individual needs and preferences, we will work together to develop a sleep plan for your child.
Step 3: The Plan
We will talk on Zoom every day as you work through your sleep plan. I am here for you every step of the way, and we can adjust your plan as needed.
Your child’s sleep will start improving within a few days, but it will take 14 days for most problems to be addressed.
Step 4: Results!
After 14 days, your child will get good quality sleep at night and long naps during the day. Bedtime battles are a thing of the past, and evenings are peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy your happy and well-rested child.
