EASY STEPS TO GET BETTER SLEEP FOR YOUR CHILD
STEP 1: INTAKE FORM
Fill out the intake form and tell me all about what’s going on with your child’s sleep.
Please include as much detail as possible. I promise there is nothing your child can do that will surprise me, so feel free to be very honest.
STEP 2: INITIAL CONSULT
We will go over your intake form and discuss your goals for your child’s sleep.
Based on your individual needs and preferences, we will work together to develop a personalized sleep plan for your child.
STEP 3: THE PLAN
We will talk on Zoom every day as you work through your sleep plan. I am here for you every step of the way, and we can adjust your plan as needed.
Your child’s sleep will start improving within a few days, but it will take 14 days for most sleep issues to be addressed.
STEP 4: RESULTS!
After 14 days, your child will get good quality sleep at night and long naps during the day.
Bedtime battles are a thing of the past, and evenings are peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy your happy and well-rested child.
